QuickBooks users complete the Payments application flow, get approved, and they’re ready to accept major credit cards. Now what?


The QuickBooks Payments team wanted to find a way to motivate users who successfully complete the Payments application flow to start using the product.


We hypothesized that if we transformed the (then) terse approval confirmation page into a content-rich welcome page with calls to action leading directly into the product, users would feel more encouraged to start taking payments.


In a separate project, we also scripted and produced the four 60-second how-to videos that appear in the "Get to know Payments" section of this page.
